When you contact us, you may provide your name, contact details, order preferences, delivery address and requested date. Allergy information can be sensitive: share only what is necessary to discuss whether an order can be prepared safely.
Order information is used to respond, prepare and coordinate your request, and maintain records where needed. Please ask before supplying someone else’s personal information. We will request permission before publishing identifiable customer feedback or using your details for optional marketing.
This site is hosted on Netlify. Opening WhatsApp or email takes you to a separate provider whose privacy terms also apply. Hosting providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser details. The motion preference is stored in your browser’s session storage.
Contact Cynthia to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to optional marketing. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can also raise a privacy complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
