Selecting a product or opening WhatsApp does not confirm a purchase. We confirm flavours, batch quantities, availability, preparation date, delivery or collection arrangements and the final total in conversation before you agree to an order.
Website prices are guides. Request an itemised final quote, including any delivery charge. Payment instructions and the point at which your order is confirmed will be provided before you pay. Do not send card details or passwords in chat.
Please enquire at least 24 hours ahead. Larger orders may need more preparation time. Your date is only reserved once we have explicitly confirmed it.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. We will explain what is possible and any reasonable costs already incurred before agreeing a change. These terms do not exclude rights under South African consumer law.
